Sold individually. Choose tension from: Extra Light (Green), Light (Blue), Standard (Yellow), or Heavy (Red). For use on the Peak Pilates^® Metal Line. 

All springs are warrantied for one year. We recommend that you replace each spring every two years. Any spring that exhibits early signs of fatigue (for example, separation in coils, even if slight) should be replaced immediately.
